Code of Ethics
Church personnel will exhibit the highest Christian ethical standards and personal integrity. Church personnel will conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with the discipline and teachings of the Catholic Church. Church personnel shall promote a professional work environment that is free from sexual misconduct. Church personnel will not take unfair, personal advantage of a pastoral guidance relationship for the benefit of themselves. Church personnel will not sexually abuse anyone, especially a minor or a vulnerable adult. Church personnel will share concerns about suspicious or inappropriate behavior with minors with their pastor, with other parish leaders as appropriate, the Victim Assistance Coordinator, or with the Bishop. Church personnel will report any suspected abuse or neglect of a minor to the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. Church personnel will accept responsibility to protect minors and vulnerable adults from sexual abuse. |
Código de Ética
Todo personal de la Iglesia mostrará los criterios éticos cristianos más altos y integridad personal. Todo personal de la Iglesia se comportará en una manera consistente con la disciplina y las enseñanzas de la Iglesia. Todo personal de la Iglesia promoverá un ambiente profesional libre de la mala conducta sexual. Todo personal de la Iglesia no van a tomará ventaja de un consejo pastoral o dirección espiritual. Todo personal de la Iglesia no van a abusará a ninguna persona sobre todo a un menor o a un adulto vulnerable. Todo personal de la Iglesia va a compartirá sus preocupaciones sobre comportamientos sospechosos o inapropiados con sus pastores, con otros líderes como es apropiado, con el Coordinador para la Asistencia de las Víctimas, o con el Obispo. Todo personal de la Iglesia reportará a las autoridades civiles cualquier sospecho de abuso o descuido de un menor. Todo personal de la Iglesia va a aceptar sus responsabilidad es de proteger a los menores y adultos vunerables de abuso sexual. |
